That was one reason we went with Penfold (their warranty is covered by a third party).

Not what we agreed upon.Apparently we were supposed to be asked where we wanted the deflectors installed and that didn't happen. The roofers convinced us to pay out of pocket cash for the extra time and materials to put flashing around the chimney because Derek didn't see the chimney and it wasn't on the work order.
