Review: September 13, 2023Completion: July 13, 2023They are very professional, and it was extremely well done. It certainly looks like quality work to me. We've had lots of comments on it. There are no areas in which Interlock Metal Roofing could have improved.

Review: September 13, 2023Completion: August 21, 2023The sales rep explained the roofing process, answered all our questions and guided our choice of shingle profile and color. The installation crew were efficient and knowledgeable. We have no suggestions for improvement.

Review: September 5, 2023Completion: August 31, 2023Definitely not the cheapest roof but looks good! The people worked hard during the hottest days of summer and cleaned up after the job was done! It rained heavily two days after the roof was finished! No concerns! Well done!

Metal Shingles Brookfield, IL Review
Review: August 26, 2023Completion: March 9, 2023I think the product will speak for itself. Obviously the cost is higher than the price for asphalt. I thought the crew did a great job and I will recommend to anyone who inquires Communication could have been better. Coordination between my general contractor and an install supervisor would have made things smoother

Aluminum Roofing Oregon City, OR Review
Review: August 15, 2023Completion: April 26, 2023Over eight years ago, I needed a new roof on my over 100 year old house and after significant research, decided to use Interlock Roofing. The installers arrived on time, were professional and completed the job as expected. A few months ago, my shop was in need of a new roof and I needed to do no research- I called Interlock, without hesitation. Working with Ross and Mike was very easy. I expected to have the work started sometime in the summer. But then I received a call that there was an… Read more →

Metal Roofing Winderemere, ON Review
Review: August 15, 2023Completion: June 20, 2023We have an island property and after trying three local companies who wouldn’t even take the time to quote, we found Interlock through the referral of a good friend. Bruce came out within a couple of days and provided a very detailed quote. From booking through the professional installation by John and CJ to the follow-up by Bruce (who came back to the island to check on the work) it was an excellent experience. The roof looks great and we are happily recommending Interlock to friends and… Read more →

Aluminum Roofing Hunstville, ON Review
Review: August 15, 2023Completion: June 30, 2023We are very happy with our new roof ('Slate' in muskat grey). Our installer Jeremy was excellent; he worked carefully and safely and persevered despite the hot, sunny and very buggy weather. He left our property without leaving a trace. Since then, the roof has been thoroughly tested by heavy rainfalls and it is clearly up to the weather challenges in cottage country. Thanks to everyone who with interacted with. Positive: Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism Services: Roof installation

Metal Roofing Corvallis, OR Review
Review: August 1, 2023Completion: July 31, 2023Our 18 year house needed something. A local roofer suggested a$ 5 K, roof treatment with yearly treatment of $1000. And a roof replacement with shingles at 60K. We looked into Interlock. I was impressed with the product and the absence of middlemen between installation. And quality if the product. The investment was significantly higher but we were impressed and felt it would be the best choice. The crew was polite and professional. They cleaned up every day as promised As you can see from the… Read more →

Standing Seam Mississauga, ON Review
Review: July 30, 2023Completion: June 26, 2023Interlock seems to be only metal roof installers, not roofers, as they were not helfpul at all in even recommending help to fixing our structural roof issues (when we discovered them in the process of installing). We had to find on our own resources another contractor to fix those issues first. Their overall work, however, and the quality of the materials seem to be satisfactory. But the above caveat makes us not comfortable recommending them to anyone if others face similar issues. Better,… Read more →

Review: July 28, 2023Completion: April 4, 2023The product was great, but I have a couple of installation issues with the sub-contractor The sub-contractor was so backlogged that they were determined to do it quickly. Nor did they tell us it would be sub-contracted. Generally, it was a good experience. I went to the office and got good advice. The salesperson persuading me to pay extra for the extra strutting. The contractor said it wasn't necessary in the back of the house. It's a very old house. John said they would iron it out to make it… Read more →

Metal Shingles Pewaukee, WI Review
Review: July 27, 2023Completion: May 22, 2023The crew did a very good job. They were very cordial and answered all my questions very well. The timeframe for when it was going to be completed fell short of my expectations. I don't know if they can do anything about it, but we are still getting remnants from when they cut. I just picked up another piece today. When they are cutting, they are probably leaving those things on the roof somewhere, and eventually they blow down and are sharp. I worry about people walking on them.

Metal Shingles Burnaby, BC Review
Review: July 16, 2023Completion: June 20, 2023Good materials, service and communication need improvements. Homeowners need peace of mind for the entire rooftops, not just the roofing materials. Anything that links to it should be discussed and made aware of. They may only have experienced once and the roofing company deals with it every day. Sales person needs to do what they said otherwise don’t say it. Operation manager needed support as it had derailed his responsibility. The understaff caused improper service.
