While the installation took longer than expected and there were some concerns about jobsite cleanliness and communication around contractors, the finished metal roof looks great so far and we’re hopeful it will perform well through the rainy season.

The price was reasonable for the work scope. They were able to secure the work slot as soon as the raining season was over and kept me informed on the schedule. In addition, they inspected remaining roof as well. Note: the leak was due to gutter pulling the corner flashing. The 10+ year Interlock roof tile remained good.
