  Over all a good experience, but it's hard to recommend something after such a short time and people's needs are different. See above comments I think it's hard to evaluate a new roof with a lifetime warranty after a very short time and very little rain, but so far we're very happy.

  Overall I didn’t have the greatest experience but that was primarily from the contracted installation crew and their lack of follow through with doing the roof right the first time. Otherwise I’m happy with the way the roof looks and the quality. And despite having to have part of it redone I appreciated the interlock rep going up in my attic and making the crew redo it correctly so I had a quality job.   They can improve with a better communication between the installation crew and the client. If there was an Interlock member with the crew as a translator, that could have helped. The installation crew need more tarps and a magnet to pick up the remaining debris of nails. There was asphalt dust all over the yard. I believe it will be a good roof.

  Correcting the one error quickly. i would like to suggest they look into a better way to do the nailing. The nails are popping through under our roof and it doesn't look very nice. Otherwise we love our roof.

  Communication, follow up, status checks, etc. I received a confirmation of final payment about a month later and still have not received warranty documents...We also could have benefitted from better information and consultation/education on snow guards.
