Should have specified that chimney flashing had to be replaced, as was my understanding. Leaving flashing in place - Interlock assumed lifetime warranty for someone else's work. We were replacing a 20 plus year old roof on a 1935 home. The crew was amazing, it must of been the hottest week in May & they worked many long days the hot roof. The crew could have improved a little bit by better communicating their schedule, but every time that we asked them, they certainly told us exactly what was going on because they had some weather complications which were not their fault. We are pretty happy with it right now.
They could have improved on cleanliness, communication, and timeliness. The workers didn't understand how to work on my job site. They said they had completed the project when they had not. It has not been completed to the standards of the contract. I would like to speak to someone in higher management. I had a good experience with Ross and Paul.
