  There were a few areas where communication / our understanding of the project caused some concern but were satisfactorily resolved in the end. There was confusion regarding a dumpster and removal of the old roof. We were originally told that a dumpster would arrive prior to the start of the project, yet none arrived and the installer seemed confused as to what to do with the old roof.   - Crew size varied day to day so it took much longer to complete project.- Foreman did not seem to be informed of the full scope of the job; i.e. installation of additional vents.- Still removing nails from yard and we have already picked up over 12-lbs of nails. - Not too impressed with the lack of follow-up after the project was completed by the installation crew.- But the new roof does look very nice and we hope it will provide many years of maintenance free service.

  I am unsure at this time if I would recommend Interlock Roofing to a friend. The office staff needs some training in customer relations. If promises are made that cannot be fulfilled, there should be an explanation and communication as to why.
