  We have friends that work in this field but different aspects of it. It would be beneficial if the sales representative went on site with the installers for a day to get more feedback about the installation vs what the salesperson would assume. The installer blames the salesperson when something is not right. The salesperson does not understand conditions that the installers needs to have.
