They went above and beyond helping me fix a vent issue we’d been dealing with. I went with the Musket Gray colour, and I’m really happy with how the final product turned out. Highly recommend!

They kept postponing the installation. The managers were not responsive at all. They kept putting me off like it wasn't important. Emails kept being sent out, and it wasn't a priority to them. They did things on their own time. They have terrible service and terrible communication. I had a horrible overall experience.

My builder said most installers would have the valley installed in 5 minutes. Tony took 30 minutes as it was a challenging valley to install.

Review: January 10, 2019Completion: December 28, 2018I was not happy with the issue with the snow guard. I paid a lot of money and they were trying to tell me they weren't necessary when they were. Interlock could have improved on customer relations, and their expertise on what is needed on a project. Don't just charge whatever. After some discussion Bob did offer to give us the snow guards. As I understand Bob was responsible for the additional costs.
