Review: July 5, 2024Completion: April 12, 2024The materials were dropped off on one day and we were told the installation crew was going to be here on the next day. They didn't arrive and we weren't told why. It was not a problem, but we were hit with snow which made another delay. This is the only area of improvement I can think of.

Review: August 14, 2019Completion: August 7, 2019I think they could improve on their schedule, clean up, communication from the installers on when they plan to start and finish the job.Also, they had a boom box that caused some disruption to our lives as well as our neighbors who complained to us a few times. It would have been nice to have gotten a better understanding of when they would arrive & leave so my children did not have to be disrupted during bedtime.
