“We signed our contract in November. They are quite expensive. We asked for a certain installer, Elaizer. We did not get him and it was not communicated to us until two months later. We did not meet conditions and we paid penalties for such. They only finished last week and that was because I called and complained. It was a total disaster. I don't think I would use them again.”

“There were screws showing and unfinished pieces. I was told that they had to do an add-on on one of the peaks. When they went to do my front porch, I asked to keep the molding on the front. They told me to have it all removed and that they would do their roofing products first. After they were done, we would be able to reattach the molding. At the last minute, they told me that the trim had to get back on and that is why they had not finished yet. They mounted a drip edge that is floating and not connected to anything. I am really not satisfied. Tony accused me of implying that I thought the back roof was included. It was a $30,000 plus roof. I know what was included and what was not.”
