Today Brad Cook installed more snow guards to protect our new deck. He was professional and efficient. He was impressed with the appearance of our roof. Said it looked new. I said this roof was one of the best decisions we made on the house. Very happy.

For instance, I was told the interface with my concrete blocks would be ground in but the installer clarified that that was not possible with concrete blocks, only brick as the concrete would crack if scored. Quality has been great so far, and time will tell.

They need to have enough material and a dump truck so they don't get halfway through and then have to wait. The project manager needs to make sure his voicemail isn't full, return phone calls and emails, and explain why he's not doing that. They smoked on the roof, so when it rained, the cigarette butts washed down our gutters and ended up in a pile on the front lawn. Other than that, they were really nice.

The guy that came with the dumpster knocked something down, and he never fixed it. That's the only thing that went wrong. We are expecting someone to send me the pictures they took of the roof. I am a video editor, and I was filming a video of the roof.
