Ultimately, it took 9 months from when we put our deposit down to when the roof was installed. That said, the installers were top-notch. They were quick, clean, polite, and answered all our questions. We absolutely love the roof and the two solar tubes they installed. Our neighbors all rave about how nice the house looks. They should have called me with the start date of the project, when there was a problem during the project, to follow up with me about progress, and returned my phone calls prior to and during the project. There should be someone in charge that is going to communicate with the client and advocate for the homeowner.

They did not do good getting back to me. Interlock Roofing could improve their communication. They should return calls when they say they are going to even if they do not have all of the information. I needed to really be on top of the financials. They overcharged me by 18,000. There were some financial things that I had to point out to them.

We were also advised the material was in stock in their warehouse. That was not true. Finally it was delivered on July 11th. The materials sat in our driveway until July 19th. The finish date was August 15th. No communication from the company.

The capping is different. I was never informed of this before signing the contract. I was never even given the oprtunity to pay for an upgraded capping so the existing roof would look like me addition. Communication as to product change.
