For instance, I was told the interface with my concrete blocks would be ground in but the installer clarified that that was not possible with concrete blocks, only brick as the concrete would crack if scored. Quality has been great so far, and time will tell.

They need to have enough material and a dump truck so they don't get halfway through and then have to wait. The guy that came with the dumpster knocked something down, and he never fixed it. That's the only thing that went wrong. We are expecting someone to send me the pictures they took of the roof.
