Metal Shingles Portland, OR Review
Review: January 9, 2023Completion: December 22, 2022Having more than 1 installer throughout the entire project. Art was great and very safe but if there was an accident or fall and he needed immediate treatment it could have been too late before any one found him. I would feel better and more confident about our Interlock roof if we were given some after installation care FAQ's and a reliable/priority email and/or number to call with any issues. As it is now, I'm not sure who to contact for these things and it makes me worry about having… Read more →

Metal Shingles Middle Musquodoboit, NS Review
Review: January 2, 2023Completion: September 30, 2022Had interlock installed on our last home 10 years ago and we were very pleased with the product so we decided that we’d do it again. It’s on the expensive side for sure but it’s a great product. Have no complaints When we first called Interlock roofing we were put in contact with a gentleman by the name of John Reeves. He certainly didn’t show any interest in selling us a roof. My husband even told him that he made it sound like we couldn’t afford the product. I then contacted interlock again… Read more →

Review: December 30, 2022Completion: April 27, 2022We love the stylish new look our house got with the Metal Slate Roofing and the longevity Interlock Roof System offers. Although the roof is made of aluminum, the design makes the roof look as if it was traditional slated roof.

Review: December 23, 2022Completion: September 7, 2022We love the roof ,the 50year garente is great the peace of mind of the material used is great . The price was hard to swallow but I love the look and peace of mind that we have a worry free roof is great.my only issues were the waiting time , not knowing when the job would start and the lack of communication with the work crew.but overall I'm happy. Sell less roofing jobs so you can keep to your commitment of time frame. Need better communication with worker when problems arise, communication… Read more →

Metal Shingles Burbank, IL Review
Review: December 16, 2022Completion: November 28, 2022It took a really, really long time. It took over five months, but once they finished the roof, they did a good job. Interlock Roofing could improve the scheduling and the communication of when the project would be done. The contractors were awesome.

Metal Shingles Clatskanie, OR Review
Review: December 15, 2022Completion: November 15, 2022It was definitely worth it in the long run, I don't understand why everyone doesn't have one of these roofs for safety with the chance of fire in our area. The crew did a great job.

Metal Shingles Langley, WA Review
Review: December 14, 2022Completion: November 22, 2022Interlock Roofing worked with us every step of the way, communicated well, and bent over backwards to answer any and all questions we had. Ross was great at communicating all through the process. The new roof is beautiful. The installation crew worked efficiently and answered all questions that came up, took time to make sure we were getting the job we wanted.

Metal Shingles Guelph, ON Review
Review: December 13, 2022Completion: November 28, 2022It's a very beautiful roof. Working during daylight hours. They didn't have much light when they worked after dusk. Apparently they forgot their brighter headlights in another vehicle. My roof looks very nice. I wish your company did eavestroughs, soffits, and fascia too.

Review: December 9, 2022Completion: November 30, 2022The roof looks amazing, in comparison to other roofs. They need better communication for delivery and installation. Again, we had to go though our sales rep because Tony did not return calls.

Metal Shingles Surrey, BC Review
Review: December 8, 2022Completion: December 1, 2022We ordered this roof because of the amount of debris that tends to collect on our formerly shake roof, and the difficulty of cleaning it, as needles accumulated in the space between the shakes and were difficult to dislodge. This new roof is relatively smooth and should be easier to keep clean (time will tell). Everything was as promised, appears to be good workmanship, was good communication and satisfactory in every way. Installers were friendly, cooperative and cleaned up thoroughly after… Read more →

Review: December 8, 2022Completion: December 8, 2022We cannot express how happy we are with the Calgary Interlock crew; the workmanship of Yorman and David was beyond excellent. Metal Shingles Bedford, NH Review
Review: December 7, 2022Completion: November 14, 2022I am unlikely to recommend Interlock to a friend. I found the sales representative, Jonathan Brown, highly deceptive when pricing the deal. That is simply unacceptable. I did find the installation crew hard working and organized. They did a good job and I appreciated that. I didn't get the idea that there was a lot of supervision, though and some of the installation problems that came up at the end reflected that. I still have some questions about the work. They should provide a port-potty for… Read more →

Metal Shingles Delta, BC Review
Review: December 7, 2022Completion: November 30, 2022What can I say? A great quality product and with the great personnel to go with it. Mike, Tod, and one of the best Crew managers (Oswaldo) that I have ever met.. Can't get any better. The workmanship, and product is number one. Looking forward to many years of service. Probably outlast the home. The McKay's' More contact from the beginning. Wasn't sure if it was a scam and lost my large deposit. Communication is really important Looking forward to a great roof for years to come.

Review: December 3, 2022Completion: November 16, 2022This Interlock roof appears to be a durable and attractive product. Of course, only time will tell if it lasts as it is supposed to. If it does, then it will have been worth the premium price.

Review: December 3, 2022Completion: October 25, 2022Just keeping me an abreast of delays so I wasn’t guess when they were coming. I had to call for updates. We had a very compromised roof and so that is why the installation date mattered so much. We do realize weather slows them down, I just would have liked to be kept in the loop on long delays.

Review: December 1, 2022Completion: October 6, 2022From our initial consultation at our home with Carter and Brian (VP) to the installation we couldn’t be happier. When Brian gave us his personal cell phone number that did it for me. If the VP of a company gives you his personal cell phone number, that speaks volumes to the confidence he has in his products. Carter came back a second time to put our minds at ease with our color selection. Our installation crew was amazing! Maurice and Brian are top-notch gentlemen who did an amazing job.
