My wife and I would call, asking for the status. They did a fantastic job based on everything I saw, how they were doing and progressing, how they kept the site clean and tidy all the time, and how well they followed the safety practices.

They couldn't see tile damage and gutter debris, due to a nail. I'd rather they worked during the day time. They shouldn't be working after dark, so clean up could be more effective. First and foremost it's an expensive niche product that is not for everyone. Second, the execution of our contract was not very satisfactory. On the whole, I am happy with the roof. The original quote included 20 snow guards. The completed roof only had 17. After I pointed that out, they gave me a credit for the three snow guards. I do not know if that included the labor. There were some roofing nails left behind. I think I picked up half a dozen.

From the time I contacted them, they were on time and did exactly what they said they would do the whole way through. Someone is doing an excellent job of directing this company. I need to contact Paul or Ross because I have more roofs to put on. I would give them a rating of 475! My roof cost twice as much as any other bid, but I am ten times happier than I would have been with any other roof.
