Metal Shingles Lanark, ON Review
Review: February 14, 2023Completion: January 18, 2023I wasn't pleased that no one checked that there was no plywood under the original metal roof and the additional expense that I had.

Metal Shingles Sidney, BC Review
Review: February 9, 2023Completion: January 31, 2023They could be a little more communicative; communicate more about what is going on; we started out in August or September of last year and didn't hear much until November, and we were called again in January. My wife and I would call, asking for the status. They did a fantastic job based on everything I saw, how they were doing and progressing, how they kept the site clean and tidy all the time, and how well they followed the safety practices.

Metal Shingles Port Angeles, WA Review
Review: February 8, 2023Completion: January 30, 2023They should let the homeowner know the crew's arrival time. I just remember looking out the window at 6 a.m. with his arms crossed, staring at what looked to be mean, but he was looking at the roof, and my blood ran cold because this was a different person who showed up from the previous day. My husband went outside, and we were relieved it was the installation crew, but it would be nice if they would let us know that information prior. We thought it would be loud when it rained after the… Read more →

Metal Shingles Manchester, CT Review
Review: February 8, 2023Completion: January 30, 2023I have a few issues that I want corrected. The crew worked very long hours and tried to get it done as quickly as possible, including after dark. They couldn't see tile damage and gutter debris, due to a nail. I'd rather they worked during the day time. They shouldn't be working after dark, so clean up could be more effective. I noticed a problem with the underlayment in one area. I am not sure that was corrected. One layer was overlapping another. Some of the tiles got bent because of foot… Read more →

Metal Shingles Pacific City, OR Review
Review: February 7, 2023Completion: December 7, 2022I would like to recommend Interlock, and I may. It really depends on the circumstances of that friend. First and foremost it's an expensive niche product that is not for everyone. Second, the execution of our contract was not very satisfactory. I'm reluctant to recommend something this pricey when the vendor did not perform to their contract. Deliver by the date in your contract. Communicate more honestly and effectively as issue arise. Clean up the dangerous small bits of construction debris… Read more →

Metal Shingles Mahone Bay, NS Review
Review: February 6, 2023Completion: February 6, 2023Interlock Roofing could improve by providing a closer inspection to determine the proper terms for a particular roof. On the whole, I am happy with the roof. The original quote included 20 snow guards. The completed roof only had 17. After I pointed that out, they gave me a credit for the three snow guards. I do not know if that included the labor. There were some roofing nails left behind. I think I picked up half a dozen.

Metal Shingles Ottawa, ON Review
Review: January 24, 2023Completion: January 24, 2023Again, the communication fell short of my expectations, and part of that was because the materials were locked inside our garage, so someone had to be here to let them in. I had flexibility in my work, but I had other things to do than sit around for four days and get nothing done. That is not the crew's fault. I think that is an administration issue. They are trying to get jobs done and keep people happy, but if they communicate to let people know, that would be helpful. I had a leak, and they… Read more →

Metal Shingles Mill Village, NS Review
Review: January 14, 2023Completion: November 26, 2022We'd recommend the base product; there were serious shortcomings in communication, timing and timelines, and some minor finish quality and overall value issues. Have the courtesy and professionalism to respond to phone messages from the client in a timely manner; provide project related updates on an ongoing basis - even if they're disappointing to hear by the client. It is perfectly understandable that labor and material shortages - pandemic or otherwise caused - place challenges on… Read more →

Metal Shingles Springfield, OR Review
Review: January 12, 2023Completion: December 16, 2022Management communication with the client and less of a pushy sales pitch are what they could have improved on during the project. They should give people a few days after you fill them with information and options, since this is a big project that costs a lot of money and finances need to be figured out. They did a good job. The roofing is great. It looks spectacular. The team was good. It was a three-person team. They worked their tails off and got it done in 1.5 days. The lack of calling when… Read more →

Metal Roofing Everson, WA Review
Review: January 11, 2023Completion: December 14, 2022This is probably the most professional experience I have had in years. I was blown away. From the time I contacted them, they were on time and did exactly what they said they would do the whole way through. Someone is doing an excellent job of directing this company. I need to contact Paul or Ross because I have more roofs to put on. I would give them a rating of 475! My roof cost twice as much as any other bid, but I am ten times happier than I would have been with any other roof.
