Metal Shingles Lunenburg, NS Review
Review: September 12, 2022Completion: August 26, 2022Interlock Roofing could have given a realistic start and finish date. They could have better communicated where we were along the line. I am very happy to have a roof over our heads. It has a 50-year guarantee. I am 75 years old, so I really don't need the 50 year guarantee. But, it is very nice.

COMMUNICATION FROM HEAD OFFICE!!!! What if I had a problem with my existing roof and needed to get in contact with someone? It was just a fluke that I happend to drive by John's house!!!! End result turned out well - hope John isn't leaving the company any time soon.

Metal Shingles Arlington Heights, IL Review
Review: September 9, 2022Completion: September 2, 2022I think Interlock Roofing could have improved on the last walkthrough. They did a last walkthrough at dusk, and it was too dark to see everything that could be picked up. A lot of little pieces of nails and screws were found the following morning. Overall, I was very satisfied with what they did, though. We had a lot of people who stopped and looked. A couple of people asked us about the roof. We told them to call the number if they were interested.

Metal Shakes Stoney Point, ON Review
Review: September 9, 2022Completion: August 13, 2022We were advised this could be installed all year round. We signed in October and were advised it could be done in the winter. We were also advised the material was in stock in their warehouse. That was not true. Finally it was delivered on July 11th. The materials sat in our driveway until July 19th. The finish date was August 15th. No communication from the company.

Standing Seam Seattle, WA Review
Review: September 9, 2022Completion: August 31, 2022We are extremely happy with our new Interlock standing seam roof. The appearance is great, the heat absorbtion is noticeably lower than our old asphaltic shigle roof, and we won't have to worry about our roof for another 50 years! Better communication about the delays.

Metal Shingles Mississauga, ON Review
Review: September 7, 2022Completion: July 4, 2022Interlock Roofing could have improved with the cost because it was a bit too high. Everything else was fine. They were on time and professional. The contractors were very organized. They did a great job. There were no bits and pieces flying around when they removed the shingles. There were no nails, and they cleaned up after themselves every day. The neighbors appreciated that.

Metal Shingles Plymouth, MA Review
Review: September 7, 2022Completion: July 25, 2022They take the nails, and they throw them over their shoulder, and they go into the gutters, bushes, etc. It ended up flattening my tires. I did talk to them about it. It was partially my fault because I haven't kept up with communicating to them because I am busy. They did come back and tried to pick the rest of the nails up. However, when it rained, they came out of the gutters and ended up in my driveway. One time I counted 26 nails came down the drain pipe. The magnet doesn't work for the… Read more →

Metal Roofing Moultonborough, NH Review
Review: August 22, 2022Completion: January 31, 2022Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value The roof on our vacation home in New Hampshire was about 15 years old and was starting to lose shingles due to deterioration and weather and needed to be replaced. As with all projects, I like to get multiple quotes from vendors. I made contact with the folks in Walpole for Interlock and soon after I was contacted by Mark. He came out to the site to review the project and provided multiple options and a professional… Read more →

Metal Shingles Portland, OR Review
Review: August 20, 2022Completion: July 13, 2022They could have improved on the communication when the roof was going to be put up. It took them over a year to come out and do the job. I had to call them more than once, and that was not a great part of the experience. I am still waiting for the gutter issue to be resolved, and it hasn't been done yet. I would definitely do it again. I am really happy with the roof that was delivered. I feel very confident that it won't be raining anytime soon in my house, so that is good.

Review: August 18, 2022Completion: June 22, 2022I think Interlock Roofing can improve on their communication, but other than that everything else was great. Review: August 15, 2022Completion: July 11, 2022Tony (from the Interlock Roofing team) did a fantastic job on the quality and workmanship of our roof. We have the nicest roof on our street by far and look forward to its aesthetics and protection for many, many years! Very happy with quality of job, but here were the issues: 1. Installation dates moved up with minimal communication. 1. Job took 4 weeks to complete (only 1 installer available). Originally quoted 2 weeks completion.
