Interlock should have had better communication with their installation team; 2) the installation team should have had at least one fluent English speaker; 3) there should probably be more than one installation manager covering the huge geography that Joe is managing.

They knew what they were doing, but they couldn't explain to me what they were doing. They couldn't answer my questions. I have had 2 roofs done. The first one was 2-3 years ago, and it has not leaked. This job was finished in the spring, so I'm just waiting to see.

Every place down here on the South Shore, we are close to the coast where the hurricane comes up. You guys need to bring nails and stuff to prevent everything from blowing off. They cleaned up great after the job. Everybody else I know that got a roof done picks up nails from all over the place, but for me, I only picked up three nails from the whole thing and that was it.

The first day the crew lead was there, but after that there was no one I could talk to to address concerns due to the language barrier. In general, I am satisfied with the work. I received compliments on the roof. I expected to be taken care of more for the cost that was paid this is a high-end product and I didn't receive it.

The outside looks fantastic, but a vent is not connected in the attic. The vent should have been 8 inches, but a 4-inch vent was used. The vent can't be connected to the roof, and it's hard to correct the problem. The company is hard to contact about this. The unconnected vent is a fire hazard. There were delays due to heavy bookings by the installers and an unfortunate error in trimming which required delays in getting new materials. When the materials were acquired the installers expedited their installation, We are very happy with the new roof. Although there were delays the companies involved were very professional in dealing with any problems.
