I prefer this comment to not be shared publicly, but they need to know how to address diverters on a roof hip, and they didn't know how to do that. The roof hip is not that uncommon of an archaeological feature, and they really struggled with that problem. They need to have a company solution for roof hips, which are a common archaeological feature of many houses. They installed well, and it all went well.

We realized by chance after the project was over that our bathroom vent wasn't connected. Interlock promptly came and hooked it up, but it soured our view of the whole result, which previously we were thrilled with. It could have been years before we discovered it wasn't hooked up, and meantime our vent would have exhausted into our attic.
