When we had negotiated with the salesman about the ventilating system for the roof, he recommended a certain solution for how the attic area would be ventilated. When John showed up, he said we could not do that and that it would not work. John and Barry got into a push fight with regards to how to ventilate the attic area. We ended up with a different solution than was promised and I'm assuming it will work. It leaves one with a funny feeling because we were told one thing and then told it would not work. Who is the one who is correct? The product was awesome and the crew was awesome. The foreman on the job could have done better in terms of his managing style and dealing with customers.
