You should get away from the whole sales pitch and let your product sell itself, I was turned off when, by the end of the pitch he had dropped the price 40 percent. That kind of sales just doesn't feel honest.
At first we were going to put a second layer down but we found after that there already was a second layer when the project was starting which delayed the project. An improvement might be to check the layers in advance

The salesman was a little snarky. It was a Sunday and I don't think he felt like working. Not that he was rude, but it was more of a feeling.
Having a crew person who speaks English fluently would have been very helpful. Now that the roof is completed, it would be nice to discuss further details with someone who is knowledgeable about the product (and speaks fluent English) because some of the issues that I presented at the time of sale could have been avoided. As it stands, we have a quality roof with minor imperfections that could have been avoided. This past week we have had a lot of rain and did some further inspection in the attic to verify no leaks (there were none), but we saw some concerns of the way the ridge caps were nailed, i.e., it appears that some were nailed only through the roofing paper and not necessarily through the plywood.
You have a great product, it's just way too expensive for someone like me.
