I have passed along Dave Harrison's card. Would warn about possible time frame issues and the mess. Not getting a timely response to our ridge vent problem is an ongoing worry. It has been over a month since I contacted Dave Harrison and still we have had no word from Interlock. This project was a nightmare but we do like the look of the product and only hope that it was well installed. I had asked Dave Harrison for an estimate on another of our homes next door to my sister's re-roofing project on Gould Road, Warner. He never got back to me. We chose Interlock to install a much needed new roof on our 200-year-old farmhouse in Warner, New Hampshire which serves as our year-round vacation getaway. From the moment David showed up to meet with us through the final completion of the project a few weeks ago, we knew that we had made the right decision and that our project was in good hands. We never once felt pressured even though we took longer than expected to complete some preliminary repairs to a porch roof before the project could begin. When we did finally call to say that we had completed our work and were ready to go, they had a work crew on site in less than a week! More amazing is that they completed their work of stripping the old asphalt, installing a plywood deck, and re-roofing a large old house where nothing is truly square in five days and, other than the evidence of a brand new gray slate roof on our house, one would never know that anyone had even been there. The crew left our property cleaner than it was before they arrived. They even cleaned up a pile of roofing debris we had left behind following our re-roofing project. Throughout the project, David and Jennifer, in the office, were always available to answer our questions. From selecting the right roof to arranging to finance, to completing the project in a timely fashion, we could not be happier with the total interlock experience. We are highly satisfied with the result and are already looking forward to having Interlock install a new roof on our adjoining barn in the near future.
