I bought the best product on the market, waited months for an installation date (after paying the upfront deposit), I made the interim progress payment as requested (no proof of payment required) & made the final payment the day it was requested & the next day was asked for proof of payment like I'm some sort of chump who doesn't pay his account balance. Nice way to finish off the job!

But it was well past.8:00PM and dark. He was fighting to unload the truck and we willingly gave him a hand. In reference to the leak at the sliding door, towards the end of the project, I believe the gentleman's name was Paul, I showed him the leak and the impression I got that it was no big deal, It has not rained sice that day and I am hoping he is correct.

Most people do not want to pay the Interlock price when a cheaper, albeit, less inferior product is available (I.e. asphalt shingles). Advance notice of start date. In general, the project was completed pretty much as it was explained to me. No surprise is a surprise!

This was addressed after completion satisfactorily I was happy with Interlock/Renee’s/Patrick’s responsiveness to issues. Most problems were lack of communication with roofing team

It took lots of pushing and back and forth to establish a two week window, months out, for the installation. It took from October until August the next year from start to finish. I have a south facing side of my roof that needs to be replaced every 10 years because of the extreme sun damage to the asphalt shingles. That means I would need 2 or 3 more asphalt roofing jobs over the next 30 years, never mind 50 years.
