Metal Shingles Kentville, NS Review
Review: February 14, 2024Completion: January 18, 2024The communication fell short of my expectations. We had a windstorm, and they did not put the underlay down correctly. It was installed with only a few nails, and we had to listen to it flapping all night.

Metal Shingles Ocean Shores, WA Review
Review: February 14, 2024Completion: February 1, 2024On the first night, I heard some weird dripping noises in the walls. I emailed a video to the sales guys because I didn't have anyone else's email. I never heard back. The leak when it occurred was in a different part of the house, so I guess it's just fine, but it would a have been nice to know if it was leaking inside the walls or something. It's nerve wracking replacing a roof in this climate at this time of year, and I would have been happy to wait for better weather. Good product, good… Read more →

Metal Shingles Victoria, BC Review
Review: January 25, 2024Completion: October 27, 2023I saw an Interlock roof installed in our neighborhood before I even knew what it was and immediately loved the proud confidence but subtle undertone of the roof (charcoal slate). Years later we sold that house and had the chance to renovate our new house and Interlock was my 1st choice. We struggled during the renovation to justify the cost of the roof and put it off to the very end but in the end we bit the bullet and we're so happy we did. The roof lends such authority to the rest of our… Read more →

Metal Shingles Maple Valley, WA Review
Review: January 16, 2024Completion: December 20, 2023Interlock Roofing-Seattle provided professional service and the people are easy to work with. If there are any issues on your side, they'll take care of it, and also answer your questions. It is a little difficult to interface with the Ukrainian workers, but it worked out using a translation app to communicate. They'll get better as they go, so it's not an issue; everybody needs to work! They have great workers and there were no problems. For composition type roofing, they do need a better… Read more →

Metal Shakes Everson, WA Review
Review: January 9, 2024Completion: December 11, 2023They could have improved by having better subcontracting and a better process on figuring out who to actually hire for the subcontractors. Patrick and Ivan went above and beyond trying to resolve the issues my wife and I had with the subcontractors.

Metal Shingles Etobicoke, ON Review
Review: January 4, 2024Completion: December 13, 2023They were very skilled and professional! They could have improved on my project with a more thorough cleanup at the end. There were a lot of little things that had fallen in bushes and leaves that they just missed. I live in a Heritage home, a historic house that is protected by the providence of Ontario. I think just a little bit more communication during installation with the requirements of the Heritage homeowner, would be one suggestion for the future. The sales guys were really good, and… Read more →

Metal Shingles Nanaimo, BC Review
Review: January 2, 2024Completion: November 30, 2023We are very pleased with the material; it is the best-looking metal roof around. While they were able to work with our solar company by providing the fastening points, they had difficulty coordinating with the electricians installing a new electrical mast. This is a rare challenge for any roofing company; I expect Interlock rarely has any issues. Also, they quickly solved a leak at our chimney when it was reported. Interlock has a very fine product and a competent crew. We love the finished… Read more →

Review: December 11, 2023Completion: October 26, 2023We were not at the home during the installation, hardly ever talked to any of the workmen and have only been there one weekend since it was finished, so we are quite unable to answer any of the questions. Metal Shingles Markham, ON Review
Review: December 9, 2023Completion: October 19, 2023Find my Google review and read about it. Although the project was a success in my opinion, a simple call back or answer to my email, from who I thought was most responsible for installation would have given you a perfect score. There was a breakdown in communication here. Communication workshops for staff to help improve their communication skills may help. Refer to my Google review.

Metal Shingles Saint John, NB Review
Review: December 5, 2023Completion: October 3, 2023Product not as authentic looking as other imitation slate shingles product on the market. Interlok product too shiny and slippery looking. Salesperson said they use local crews for installing. Our crew came from Moncton, 2-3 hrs. drive away. Resulted in shortened workday and delays to the installation. Punctuality, problem resolution, safety.
