My dissatisfaction with the job does not equate to you threatening to put a lien on my house. When I am paying $112K for my roof the expectation is that the job is done properly. I elected to go with Interlock as I was under the impression you were the best in market. Throughout this process, I spoke with someone named Tony who was a real gem and it is in Interlocks best interest to have him complete an involved customer service/customer experience training course. My opinion of him is extremely low… Carter was great. The devil is in the details and when you engage with customers like myself that are willing to pay a premium it should come as no surprise that we want the absolute best. The 5% of the job that needed tweaking proved to be the demise of Interlock for me and as a result I will not be recommending your services. It is a shame for a multitude of reasons.
