Metal Shingles Fitchburg, MA Review
Review: August 5, 2022Completion: June 14, 2022They could improve the language skills of their employees. It was very difficult to communicate. They knew what they were doing, but they couldn't explain to me what they were doing. They couldn't answer my questions. I have had 2 roofs done. The first one was 2-3 years ago, and it has not leaked. This job was finished in the spring, so I'm just waiting to see.

Review: August 5, 2022Completion: June 30, 2022Sales person could have followed up and perhaps come to job site to see how things were going. We were spending ALOT of money and it would have been nice to have him check in and perhaps communicate issues we had with the installation crew.

Metal Shingles Scituate, MA Review
Review: August 3, 2022Completion: May 17, 2022They did a great job and cleaned up very well. The roof looks great. Everybody that looks at the roof says it looks good. Every place down here on the South Shore, we are close to the coast where the hurricane comes up. You guys need to bring nails and stuff to prevent everything from blowing off. They cleaned up great after the job. Everybody else I know that got a roof done picks up nails from all over the place, but for me, I only picked up three nails from the whole thing and that was it.

Metal Shingles Westford, MA Review
Review: July 26, 2022Completion: April 22, 2022The quality of the work in the trimming and finishing around the edges, for the most part, was good, but there were several areas where they had to come back and fix. The first day the crew lead was there, but after that there was no one I could talk to to address concerns due to the language barrier. In general, I am satisfied with the work. I received compliments on the roof. I expected to be taken care of more for the cost that was paid this is a high-end product and I didn't receive it.

Review: July 15, 2022Completion: March 31, 2022We own a property close to salt water so we were looking for a product without exposed fasteners and one that could handle the high winds. We had a couple of companies bid on the job and decided to go with Maritime Permanent Roofing. The estimator (Greg) was very personable and explained the entire process start to finish. The installers were very professional and hard working. We are pleased with the job they did and happy with the look of the new roof. Lots of compliments from family and… Read more →

Metal Roofing Oregon City, OR Review
Review: July 15, 2022Completion: May 16, 2022We recently had our wood shake roof replaced with an Interlock metal roof that resembles the old wood shake roof. It looks fabulous and Victor and crew did a very professional job and removed all debris from the the old roof. We live among a lot of fir trees and with the ever present fire danger it is good to know we have the assurance that our roof is protected.

Review: July 15, 2022Completion: August 10, 2017During the extremely violent storm this past May, I had very little damage to my roof (2009) although extensive damage to my property. A gentleman, BRAD COOK came and inspected the roof and replaced 5 caps that lifted on the peak. He also added ice guards at my request to my cottage roof which is 1.5 hours north of my home. Not only was Mr Cook courteous, he was patient as I was delayed when I missed our scheduled appointment by 3/4 of an hour. Thank you for your excellent work and looking… Read more →
