Review: December 16, 2025 Completion: August 2, 2001The roof was installed in 2000 by the previous owner. We had an issue were a couple of the shingles on the peak came off in very high winds, and was fixed quickly. No problems since then (almost 2 years ago now). Also, we removed a chimney for a fireplace (also installed by the previous owner), and needed the resulting hole patched. This was done very nicely and for a reasonable cost. Thank you!

Top quality installation and cleanup. One comment is that although the team cleaned up around the area and used a magnet to pick up screws and nails there were still many we found around. I believe the fasteners they used were not magnetic so the sweep did not pick them up. This is a suggestion that could be improved.

I was confident in choosing them over anyone else because of the material and the warranty. I think that for Interlock Metal Roofing to just send one person to do the job doesn't bode well for the company.

It was one of those gorilla ladders with a deep bow in the middle, but it didn’t cause any problems and they didn’t seem concerned. I had a good experience with Interlock Metal Roofing. They did the garage, and I plan on having them come back to work on the main house next year.

They're very expensive and we were told when we first bought our roof over ten years ago, it would be weather-resistant and it wasn't. I'm still kind of sitting on the fence on that. They could've improved on cleaning up and also coordinating things with our solar panels, as well. There was a misunderstanding between them and the solar company and I don't know where the miscommunication happened.

In fairness, there has been some attempts to remedy these. Some of the roofing material reminded me of the early days of siding when they would side up to the electrical entrance without removing it, then start the siding again. This is really not a workmanship issue; more of an engineering issue. more transparency in the concept and finished look
