“He was wrong about: 1) An entire crew of installers would be doing the job (most of the time there was only one installer here); 2) The entire job would take 3-5 days, weather permitting (job took about 3 weeks); 3) Installers would all be trained in standing seam metal roof installations (only supervisor was trained and he was not on job very often); 4) The entire crew would all be employees of Interlock Industries (they were not, in addition, there appeared to be a very young teenager, about 14 years of age, working on our roof).”

“In the end, all was fine but: 1) During the job, we had wind-driven rain and the roof leaked around skylight flashing and pipe flashing, we had to do clean-up overnight to take care of the water coming in. 2) During the job, the installers removed a rodent cover from a vent pipe and, for some unknown reason, they discarded it, we noticed it after the job was complete, we had to get a new one to replace it and ask the installers to go back on the roof and take care of putting it on.”
