Actually installing the correct flashing around our Chimney would've been nice. It has leaked since they did it. I'm very unhappy with that so far. I had questions about if we should remove the chimney before the roof was installed. I was assured there wasn't going to be a problem. Unfortunately this wasn't the case. I'm hoping it will be fixed soon. We've been told the last few weeks that new flashing has been ordered but there's been a lot of rain and a lack of communication. We were hoping for the extra cost of this roof compared to others that there wouldn't be any issues. Unfortunately that's not the case.
