Review: April 27, 2026 Completion: July 14, 2014I’ve had my interlock roof for 14 yrs and have had no issues with it until this last winter. We had heavier than normal snow and a lot of freeze thaw conditions. Several of the snow deflectors were pushed forward and lifted some of the roof. I emailed Dave and Tyler and repairs were made quickly . You can’t tell there was any concerns at all.

It is called a cool roof and we got to experience this first hand during the heat wave. After the roof was installed, we noticed that the house was significantly cooler to the point that we were able to reduce the AC, saving us money. Although costly, we definitely feel it was worth the money because we have piece of mind that we will not have to worry about roofing again.

There was a leak in the garage due to an over-nailed nail and a discoloured panel due to an eve trough drop. These would be covered under warranty.
