Toronto, ON Metal Roofing Review: Expert Attic Inspection, Insulation Fix & Solar Vent Installation

Had a metal roof installed a couple of years ago and love it. Had some issues lately and Ken (service technician and great guy) came to see the problem. He checked the roof and found no issues there. He then asked if he could go into the attic to have a look. When in the attic he noticed a few things including some missing insulation over the area that was having the issue. He re-spread the insulation and did a few other things as well which he thinks may resolve the problem. They also suggested adding a solar vent to move more air in the attic and came the next day to install it. Hopefully the problem is now resolved and I know that the roof is secure and also know that should I need more service they will promptly return. If considering a metal roof, contract these good folks!

Lifetime Metal Shingle Roof in Oakville, ON with Interlock Aluminum PVDF Coating and Transferable Warranty

I have a new roof installed by Interlock and very pleased with the professionalism and aesthetics. My builder roof lasted 12 years and I needed something more durable. I spent months talking to steel roof installers and the thing that bothered me most, is whether the company will be around long enough to support warranty issues. The coatings were also prone to fading and I was looking for a worry free product.

My research led me to select aluminum roofing with PVDF coating for durability and resistance to Color fade. The lifetime transferable warranty and fact that Interlock has been in business for over 40 years led me to contact the company.

Interlock staff are courteous and Bruce gave a very fair price with a no pressure quote. My roof has some features that could affect aesthetics and Bruce arranged for special considerations at those locations. The installers were very courteous, and took the time necessary to do a great installation. They respected my views as a home owner and provided regular updates on progress and solutions. The installers cleaned up debris at the end of each day and coordinated with my neighbours to minimize impact from the roofing job. When rain was in the forecast the crew worked tirelessly to complete roofing sections that would be vulnerable to rainfall.

Overall I am pleased with everyone’s efforts and now hope the roof will be durable for many years.

Hamilton, ON Aluminum Shingles: Durable 2000 Installation With Quality Repairs and Happy Homeowner Testimonial

The roof was installed in 2000 by the previous owner. We had an issue were a couple of the shingles on the peak came off in very high winds, and was fixed quickly. No problems since then (almost 2 years ago now). Also, we removed a chimney for a fireplace (also installed by the previous owner), and needed the resulting hole patched. This was done very nicely and for a reasonable cost. Thank you!

These wonderful folks managed to fit my new roof installation in right at the end of the year on a short timeline so that I could get solar panels installed as well. The team on site were friendly, professional, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. The new roof looks great (and no longer leaks!). The metal shingles give me a lot more peace of mind, especially since they don't require removing an entire metal sheet to repair

Jon at InterLock was excellent. We have signed with another company, had called and cancelled our Appointment with him. He called us back and asked us to give him a chance to talk with us. He came to our house sold us his product and his price. We cancelled with the first company that same day. Our roof was just completed 6 weeks after we signed with Jon. The roofers were professional and worked their tails off in freezing weather. The final product is beautiful. Thank you Jon and Interlock.

Many years ago, we had our roof installed by Interlock Roofing Company, which came with a lifetime warranty. The roof served us well, but over the last couple of years the paint began to peel and it became quite unsightly. We contacted Interlock to request a replacement. I have to admit, it took some time and a few follow-up emails and phone calls, but eventually our case was passed to Todd — and thanks to him, our problem was fully resolved.Todd arranged for the best installer, Danny, to handle our roof, and I don’t have enough words to describe how exceptional he is. Lynnwood, WA Metal Roofing Review: Honest Interlock Aluminum Shingle Installation Experience and Results

We recently had our roof replaced with interlock aluminum shingles and we love how it made our house stand out in our neighborhood. I would have given 5 stars but there were few things that I wanted to point out. Ross arrived on time and did an excellent presentation. I specifically asked him if their installers are contractors and his answer was no, they are employees of interlock. Turns out they are contractors which is no big deal as long as they do excellent work, it’s all about honesty. Prior to installation, the installers told me that it would take about two and a half days to finish which is great, I said no rush. The installation process took two weeks, I hope everything will go well this coming rainy season. The only thing I didn’t like was at the end of the day they leave their tools in the driveway just laying around and the worst they leave their microwave plugged into the outlet with damaged power cord. But with all things said, we love our new roof and only time will tell if it was worth the price.

This is important aspect because I have had workers before who were swearing very loudly with no consideration for our presence in our home.
