Dear Interlock: I am writing to tell you how delighted I am with my new Interlock roof. The dark red color complements the historic features of this 1870 house, and the material is most appropriate for a house of this vintage. I also want you to know how pleased I am with the job that the installer did. The foreman. Rick Ortiz, and his workers, Wilden Perez, Juan Carlos Cordero, and Ruben Alvarenda, were a pleasure to work with. I didn't realize until I watched them work how complicated my roof is, with all its intersecting dormers, porches, hidden valleys and bay windows. They worked very skillfully and carefully to waterproof all these vulnerable edges, and did an excellent job. They were especially neat, cleaning up each day and overall at the end. Thank you Interlock for a great job!

I had my roof done by Interlock Roofing and I want to say that it is very good. The snow does not stay on the roof. This winter I look at other homes in my neighborhood and found that my roof was the first to be free of snow! I am happy about that. It was a pleasure working with Interlock from beginning to end. The back office was good about setting expectations for job start and duration, delivery of materials (which happened on time) and work to be performed. They were also good about making adjustments to work with trim that needed to be replaced, etc. The crew that did the install and cleanup was very professional and hard working. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and would definitely recommend Interlock! This is actually my second roof, I had one installed on a different property 20 years ago and it has held the test of time with virtually no maintenance.

I am writing to share how pleased I am with my Interlock Roof. When the original presentation was made, I knew I was getting a premium roof, but I had no idea the finished product would be so beautiful. I was also quite impressed with the installers. They were pleasant, respectful, conscientious, and courteous. As you may recall, my ">roof was one that required the old roof be removed because the original roof was wood shakes which were covered by at least 3 layers of asphalt. Those men gave 110% each and every day of the 14 days it took them to remove the original roof, replace it with plywood, and then install the Interlock roof. Many of those days were very " data-wpil-keyword-link="linked">hot and humid, but that didn't seem to have any effect on them. They would work from early in the morning until after 6 or 7 PM, always cleaning the yard before they left for the day. It amazed me that they were so thorough in their cleanup each day that I could have used my yard for entertaining in the evening. I would encourage anyone with questions about whether Interlock delivers what they promise to contact me directly. I would be more than happy to answer questions by phone or in person, if someone wants to schedule a time to come by the house. Interlock stood by their commitment to insure I was satisfied with the work and end product. Choosing Interlock was a decision I'm glad I made. Thanks again!

I just wanted to take a moment to commend Interlock on a great product and thank you personally for your follow through after installation. I am pleased with the roof overall because it's good looking and works well. I get compliments about the new roof frequently. The description you provided of what to expect from beginning to end and what was delivered was consistent. This is such a simple thing to do but a surprising number of companies simply don't execute on their promises so I was pleased with the end result Interlock provided. The crew that removed my old roof and installed the new one was courteous and professional. They did a good job of cleaning up the job site each day and obviously take pride in their work. The only thing I would say was a drawback is that I had filled out the customer satisfaction survey before the dumpster was removed from my front yard. After the dumpster was removed I discovered two long indentations on my front lawn over a foot deep caused by the weight of the fully loaded dumpster. When I called you about it, you said you would correct it and now it has been corrected. This sort of customer service is what really separates companies that are in it for the long haul. I appreciate your follow up and the fact that you were able to correct the only item where I was not completely satisfied. I recommend Interlock to anyone considering a roof replacement based on the merits of the product alone. I had done a good amount of research in Consumer Reports on the longevity of different roof types as you know so there was no question in my mind that I wanted a metal roof but I didn't know how nice the end result would turn out. Your product combined with outstanding customer service is an unmatched offering. Consider me a reference for other potential customers curious about the experience they had with Interlock

Dear Interlock, I have had your roof for 3 years now. My wife and I have noticed that our house is warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. It also has increased the value of my house. Noticed a decease in heating bills too.

Jonathan was Ok. I did not experience any pressure but it was obvious he was following corporate sales procedures. Experienced too many of these. What turned me off was an initial quote that was $7,200 more than final price. But the final quote was only available if I signed that day. That killed the deal. Would not have mattered how much lower he would have gone. I won’t work with a company who will take advantage of consumers who are not skilled negotiators or know better. Also, independent reviews about customer service also turned me off.

I'm not sure. See my comments under #9. Several people have stopped to inquire about our roof. I explain why we chose to spent $33,000 on a roof, but also share my experiences with the installation. Again, I'm not satisfied that the compensation I received off-sets the aggravation, disruption and damage. I don't even know where to start. It seemed like it should have been a pretty straight forward installation that ended up being a mis-managed mess. Having a competent crew (that speaks English) is absolutely essential when they are working remotely (100 miles from the local office). While we were having problems with our installation, I reached out to the home office in Canada. I left my name, number and concerns. No one ever called me back. I would appreciated it if someone would call me to discuss the issues we had and whether or not anything can be done to improve our experience. Jim Longworth - 860-830-4168
