The guy was great and the product looks really good, it's just my finanical situation.
Timeline changed after I signed contract. Was later notified it may not be completed until spring. It took 2 weeks to install the roof because most of the pieces had to be cut to size. I initially told a few days. Also some emails went unreturned.
They could have improved on communication between the crew and the project manager.
