His honesty about the situation went a long way. I would have liked to choose when they were coming. When you’re paying upwards of 50k for a roof I would think you could have some say.

My roof cost twice as much as any other bid, but I am ten times happier than I would have been with any other roof.

Correcting the one error quickly. i would like to suggest they look into a better way to do the nailing. The nails are popping through under our roof and it doesn't look very nice. Otherwise we love our roof.

Over all a good experience, but it's hard to recommend something after such a short time and people's needs are different. See above comments I think it's hard to evaluate a new roof with a lifetime warranty after a very short time and very little rain, but so far we're very happy.
