They could've improved on cleanliness and care on the jobsite during the job. They did great cleaning afterwards.
I would apprehensively recommend them. Communication between the sales expectations and delivery was poor, which resulted in a major issue for us. I think communication on site during the initial installation was poor, which also resulted in a major issue for us.
They need to be aware that they have to take responsibility for the customers home and belongings. They could have improved on their customer service and they could have come more prepared. They kept calling wanting to start the project over and over but I could not let them start until my chimneys were done. They need to be prepared when they come to do a job.
Communication. When my job got started and then stalled, nearly a week went by with no contact from the contractor on the job or the office..... The girls in the office either had no idea that no work was getting done on my job, or they were misinformed - I was promised call backs that never happened.bottom line, communication - I want to know what is going on with my project and who is going to be at my property and when. I am still missing photos of the IB portion of my roof that the last crew took on the final day. I have asked for them at least twice via email - and haven't gotten them yet, its been nearly a month.
The material left behind after the first meeting was not informative and the website stinks. I don’t need testimonials, I would like easy accessible facts.
