What our customers are saying:
Thanks for a very positive roofing experience! Our new roof is so beautiful we’re thinking of charging a fee to all the gawking neighbors that stop by to admire it!!! This was fun, positive experience from start to finish. Our sales rep spent three hours at our home going over every possible detail with us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. As you can see by the pictures we have a pretty basic roof. There was no tear off to do; still, our three installers were 80% done on the very first day! Everything was done and cleaned up to our satisfaction by the end of day two. Our installers were friendly, courteous and hard working. I watched them for a few minutes as they all worked like a finely tuned machine installing our roof in perfect rhythm. For us, Interlock meant that the third time was the charm. We’d tried to do business with two other companies. The first took a large amount of money as a down payment and gave absolutely no customer service for two months. We got our money back and started over. The second company gave an inaccurate bid. Needless to say, we entered into this contract with some trepidation. interlock is a fabulous company and we’d recommend them to anyone in the market for a new roof!
We are writing this letter to show our appreciation for the wonderful job that was done on our roof. From the date your company representative met with us in our home to the date of completion, words cannot express how completely satisfied we are with your company. We definitely wanted a quality roof and were very impressed by the representation that was given to us. The product you provide was enough for us to make our decision, however it was a huge plus not to have to deal with a pushy salesman and to have such polite, friendly and hard working men providing the service. It was a pleasure to have them around our home. The quality, craftsmanship and lifetime warranty of this roof far outweighs the increased costs over other roof systems. However, other roof systems don't come with lifetime warranties and many only last for 8 to 10 years. We may have paid a little more initially, but how wonderful it is to know we will never have to re-roof our home again. And in addition to all of the above, it looks so beautiful and has added so much style to our home. I never dreamed a roof could make such a difference. Again, Thank you so much and be sure to know we will highly recommend your company to all of our family and friends.
I am very pleased with the entire experience with Interlock Roofing. Ross did a fantastic job of showing me all of the options available, and explaining how Interlock is different from other roofing. This was not a hard sales pitch. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable a metal roof was. I had five other estimates for a traditional composite roof, and the price difference for a forever roof was negligible considering all the benefits. Next, the installation. These guys were amazing! Only two guys doing the demo and reroof, but very hard workers and did a fantastic job. It seems rare these days to find skilled tradesmen that take pride in their work, and these guys exceeded my expectations. I also took advantage of Interlock’s financing. Drew was very helpful and accommodating. The whole process was taken care of through Interlock, making it super convenient and great communication throughout. I will highly recommend:)
We just wanted to let you know how thoroughly-pleased we are with our new Interlock Roof. It is absolutely beautiful and we have had a lot of people stopping as they walk or drive by to admire how nice it looks. Everything progressed on the job exactly as you had shared with us when we signed the contract. There were no surprises. From the beginning when we got the call to set up a start date, to the final clean up and retrieval of the waste bin everything was handled so professionally. Viktor and Alex were a dream to work with-so-pleasant and each day everything was left so tidy that it would have been hard for guests to tell that we were in the middle of a re-roofing job. We will highly recommend your product and doing business with such a professional and obviously well run company.
I have already recommended them. Those guys were amazing. Peter, Victor, and the other installation guys were just unbelievable. It is a great company, and they did a great job with my roof. I get compliments all the time. It was a wonderful experience. They did a wonderful job on the house. It looks fantastic.
Interlock Roofing is amazing. From the first day I met their salesman to the day they started work on our barn and house. They were very easy to talk to and express our concern about how important it was to keep our hay safe from rain and the ground around the barn safe for the animals. They were fast exceptionally clean and so much fun to get to know. I definitely would recommend this company to anyone who wants to have a roof that will last a life time. Thank you for an amazing job and two beautiful roofs!
My wife and I want to express our complete satisfaction with the "Aged Copper" roof your firm installed on our "Barn-house" and gazebo. The two roofs have a high quality appearance and they enhance the looks of the property. We are looking forward to many years of satisfaction. We are now planning to re-paint the house with a color to better blend with the roof. The work performed by your installers was outstanding. They were friendly and very professional. They worked efficiently and energetically, and it was obvious they had the skills to do the job. Thank you for being such an excellent firm.
My husband and I would like to thank you for coming to our residence and explaining your product and all of its advantages. We were very impressed at this time and excited to start the beautification process of our home, which has been in my husband’s family for 5 generations now. It has undergone many remodels, upgrades, and changes throughout the years with a lot of help from friends and family. We will be celebrating its 100th birthday this year. The new roof is definitely a wonderful way to do so! The whole Interlock family was friendly and extremely easy to work with from the beginning of this process to the end. The job was started on time and finished when promised. We are very pleased with how smoothly the project went and very thankful that we were not the ones on top of the house!
HELLO! I am Gerry from Olympia, Washington. A few years ago, I had my re-roofing done by INTERLOCK ROOFING SYSTEM for my house here in Olympia. I would like to thank the INTERLOCK ROOFING SYSTEM for the best, beautiful metal roof I ever had; the color choice never changed in spite of the weather condition here in Washington. So, if you want your home to deserving a thorough, keen, professional touch, quality, and professionalism, I would highly recommend INTERLOCK LIFETIME ROOFING SYSTEMS for your COMPLETE METAL ROOFING.
We both work for Nordstrom and have come to expect a certain level of customer service. Both Paul and Ross were exceptional in this regard. They were knowledgeable friendly and very thorough! I would highly recommend interlock for anyone looking into metal roof options.
The roof is absolutely beautiful and compliments our home. The work was fast and professional. Communication about scheduling. Clean up of job site. We absolutely love the roof.
We were extremely pleased with Interlock Roofing as our selection to install an aluminum roof on our house and two outbuildings. The installation team were extremely hard workers and were always courteous and conscientious and left our project very clean. We would highly recommend all of them to anyone interested in a new roof including Paul Wright and the administration staff. Ron and Joanne Quiring nothing

Metal Roofing FAQs for Homeowners in Amanda Park
The following metal roofing FAQs are designed specifically for homeowners in Amanda Park, Washington. Whether you are building a new home or replacing an existing roof, understanding how roofing materials perform in local weather conditions is essential. From wind and storm protection to fire resistance, hail impact, snow loads, and coastal moisture exposure, Interlock’s Lifetime Aluminum Roofing System is engineered to provide long-term durability, energy efficiency, and peace of mind in Amanda Park.
Will a metal roof handle Amanda Park's heavy snow without ice dams?
Yes—aluminum's smooth, interlocking surface sheds snow and ice far more effectively than asphalt, and the thermal conductivity allows any solar heat to warm the underside, reducing ice dam formation even during Amanda Park's 42 annual freeze-thaw cycles. With roughly 104 cm of snow per year and gusts reaching 117 km/h, the four-way interlocking panels stay locked under load, while the light weight (Shingle at 0.41 lb/sq ft) means no structural reinforcement is needed. Snow guards can be added if you prefer retained snow for insulation.
How does a metal roof perform in Grays Harbor County's 2771 mm of annual rain?
The four-way interlocking aluminum panels create a shed system rather than a catch-and-drain design; water runs off continuously, and the overlap geometry means standing water cannot pool where seams meet. Installed over solid decking with industry-standard underlayment, these roofs handle the Pacific Northwest's intense rainfall without leakage. The ICC-ES ESR-1790 evaluation confirms compliance with water management in wet climates, and the Guardian warranty covers leaks from manufacturing defects for the original owner's lifetime.
Can aluminum roofing survive Amanda Park's freeze-thaw cycles?
Aluminum thrives in freeze-thaw conditions because it has no moisture absorption and no ferrous content to expand when frozen. With 42 freeze-thaw days annually in your area and temperatures averaging 10.3°C, materials like wood and asphalt crack and curl over time—aluminum simply cycles without damage. The Alunar 70% PVDF coating (warranted 30 years against chalking and fading per ASTM standards) remains flexible through temperature swings, and the material itself requires no seasonal maintenance.
Why choose aluminum roofing over steel in a wet Pacific Northwest climate?
Aluminum cannot rust because it contains no iron; instead, it forms a self-healing oxide layer that protects the core metal permanently. In humid maritime climates like Amanda Park's—where asphalt shingles and steel fascia corrode—this matters enormously. The roofing-grade 3105-H24 and 3003-H24 aluminum alloys (ASTM B209) are engineered for coastal salt-air environments, and Interlock has installed panels from coastal British Columbia homes to an Antarctic research station. Even if the surface scratches, the oxide layer reforms automatically.
Will this metal roof stay put in Grays Harbor County windstorms?
Absolutely. The four-way interlocking panel system is warranted to resist winds up to 120 mph (193 km/h)—far above Amanda Park's typical gust speeds of 117 km/h. Once installed to specification, panels cannot separate or lift because each edge locks to its neighbor on four sides; the mechanical connection is what gives metal roofing its legendary wind performance. The UL 2218 Class 4 hail rating demonstrates the panels' structural integrity under extreme force, which translates directly to reliable wind holding.
Do I need to reinforce my house for a metal roof?
No structural reinforcement is needed. Interlock's Slate, Cedar Shingle, Shake, and Tile profiles weigh between 0.41 and 0.59 lb/sq ft—so light that they install directly over most existing roofs without adding load. The Mediterranean Tile profile, for example, is about 96% lighter than traditional concrete or clay tile, yet delivers the same visual character. This eliminates the cost of roof framing upgrades and allows installation in one phase rather than requiring tear-off, decking replacement, and structural work.
Can a metal roof lower my homeowner's insurance in Amanda Park?
Many insurers offer discounts for roofs with UL 2218 Class 4 impact ratings—the highest available—and Interlock metal roofing qualifies when installed to specification. The warranty even covers perforation from hailstones up to 1.5 inches. While Amanda Park's 2728 annual sunshine hours mean hail is not as frequent as in plains states, the impact resistance still appeals to insurers because it eliminates the most common claim trigger. Contact your agent with the UL 2218 Class 4 documentation to explore potential savings.
What warranty comes with Interlock metal roofing, and is it transferable?
The Guardian Warranty is a lifetime limited, non-prorated material warranty for the original owner—covering rusting, rotting, splitting, cracking, curling, and loss of impact resistance for as long as you own the home. When you sell, the warranty transfers once to the next owner for a 50-year term from completion, adding measurable value to your property. This is the only roof you'll ever need to buy; the coating itself is separately warranted for 30 years against fading and chalking (ASTM D4214/D2244 measured), giving you decades of color stability through Amanda Park's wet climate.
How much maintenance does a metal roof really need?
Virtually none. Unlike asphalt shingles (which require frequent inspections and repairs), wood shake (which splits and rots in humidity), or tile (which cracks), aluminum roofing simply sheds water and debris with no seasonal upkeep. The smooth, interlocking surface resists moss growth even in Amanda Park's 2771 mm of annual rain. The CALGreen-verified design explicitly reduces maintenance burden. An occasional rinse to remove coastal salt or forest debris is optional; structural integrity and weathertightness require no homeowner action.
Is metal roofing actually more sustainable than asphalt?
Yes. Aluminum is roughly 95% recyclable; when your roof eventually reaches end-of-life centuries from now, the material returns to mills rather than a landfill. By contrast, a typical asphalt roof is torn off every 20–25 years and contributes roughly 20 pounds of waste per 100 sq ft to landfills—multiplied across millions of homes. Interlock has been manufacturing roofing-grade aluminum panels in Delta, BC since 1998, eliminating the asphalt tear-off-to-landfill cycle from day one. Over Amanda Park's 2728 sunshine hours per year and your home's lifespan, a single metal roof avoids multiple asphalt replacement cycles and their environmental cost.
Is a metal roof a good choice for Amanda Park’s climate?
Yes. Amanda Park averages about 104 cm of snow, 2771 mm of rain, roughly 42 freeze–thaw days a year, with peak wind gusts near 117 km/h. Interlock® aluminum roofing is wind-rated to 193+ km/h (120 mph), UL 2218 Class 4 impact-rated and Class A fire-rated, and its four-way interlocking panels shed snow and resist ice dams and freeze–thaw cracking — all backed by a lifetime limited, transferable warranty.
