Took ++time to complete our roof. Workers would leave garbage and tools over the yard and arrive later in the morning and leave early afternoon (did not appear to have a good work ethic and people from the community and our neighbours commented on this as well). More oversight on the installation process and ensuring the installers are professional and actually working. A quicker response to a leaking roof would also be great!

sales guy doesn't do you any favours. Don't tell me it costs me more to use you for the quote on addition instead of going directly through head office, makes one question if I paid more than I needed to for the main house! we get a lot of compliments on our roof and have recommended your services and this product specifically to several people.
