Don't hire these people if you have a TV antenna or satellite dish on your roof. hire crews that can comminicate with homeowners I've hired a professional, English-speaking bucket truck crew to repair my broadcast antenna rotor I'll let you know when all the mistakes and broken accessories are corrected/replaced but I don't want to see any of those idiots on my roof ever again. .
