Black SlateCrew was amazing, we had one main house roof and two porch roofs that needed to be done fast and before the rain and they handled it well! Our metal roof got finished in two days and they came back out again to clean up on the third day and wrap up everything. We highly recommend them and their service as everything turned out great! Edit: I forgot to mention, we worked with a few different people but I believe it was Patrick and his crew whom helped us
2nd time around with Interlock, first time for house and now a few years later for my garage. Quality of product and installation are excellent and it matches the house roof perfectly. Expensive but in Washington what would you rather have a roof that last a lifetime or a 30year shingle that’s done in 10? The PNW is hard on roofs don’t keep paying!
We have completed with great satisfaction from Interlock our roofing in two separate locations. The install team is amazing headed in one location by "v" "V" answered all our concerns and questions on site honestly and correctly. it is a very expensive product but with the warranties and profession install we are more than satisfied.
Maybe the best decision we’ve ever made. Looks incredible ! The roofers (Victor and Daniel) were pleasant and did an amazing job. They were kind and courteous and very tidy. Totally worth the expense. I would recommend them to anyone.
I had a very good experience with Interlock. From the initial presentation to the installation, I was very impressed with the knowledge and thorough nature of each step. The finished product looks beautiful too! To know that I have a lifetime warranty on my 'forever home' is incredibly peace giving. If a company offers you a lifetime warranty on everything but the color (that warranty expires after 30 years), you know they will do all they can to make the finished product perfect! My ONLY reason for not giving 5 stars was that during the estimate, we were told we'd need to replace plywood due to mold. When it came time to actually install the plywood, they needed to double the amount required which increased our bid by over $2K. Obviously I wish the original estimate had been more accurate. That said, our attic now has the correct amount of ventilation, fresh plywood with no mold, protected skylights and solar tubes and a beautiful finished product. I'm very happy! If I could give 4.5 stars, I would!
Our new metal roof looks really nice, and our attic has been repaired and now has proper venting. The only unexpected issue is kind of cute. Baby crows like using it as a slide, but the noise is minimal. Rain sounds nice and soothing on it. Even hail isn’t too loud. To me, it’s nice to know the moment it starts raining now. Our 2 roof installers were kind and professional. We didn’t get the warning calls we needed in order to know when they would show up, so that needs improvement, whether it should come from them or the office. They finished the whole job in less time than expected even though there were additional repairs that needed to take place. We only got one section of gutter replaced and they matched it so well to our existing gutters that I don’t think anyone would be able to tell the difference. The mess outside was cleaned up very well. I think the only debris I found were small and fell out of plants weeks after they left. My plants were all unharmed too! The mess in the attic was pretty bad, so it would be worth it to add attic cleanup to your scope. Patrick, who we created the plan with was very knowledgeable and readily available to answer all of our questions. He was nice and showed no signs of annoyance with our fairly constant need for additional info. Other than the few minimal issues mentioned, it was an easy process, efficient, and we’re happy with the results.
We needed a small repair on our roof and Ivan came quickly. The repair was done quickly. Ivan explained everything he’d done and answered other questions professionally. Great customer service; we would highly recommend this company. We love our roof!
Ivan was polite, on time, very good explanation of the issue, and fixed it in a timely manner . 5 stars all the way around!
